For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Storm Octave, located in the east Pacific, well to the
west-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula,
and on newly formed Tropical Storm Priscilla, located offshore of
southwestern Mexico.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 7 days.

WMO header WTPZ31 KNHC and under AWIPS header MIATCPEP1.
Forecast/Advisories on Tropical Storm Priscilla are issued under
