Below average temperatures and clear skies will persist through Thursday.

Tonight: Low temperatures tonight will range from the mid to lower 30s inland, and the lower to 40s along the coast.

Tomorrow and tomorrow night: Tomorrow, high temperatures will be in the lower 60s.  A dome of surface high pressure will move into place tomorrow night. Overnight lows will again be in the lower/mid 30s to lower 40s.

Light freeze possible Wednesday night: Afternoon highs will once again be in the 60s . Wednesday night, temperatures will be even colder, with a light freeze possible north of I-10.

Thursday: Afternoon highs will climb into the mid to upper 60s, with lows only in the upper 40s to mid to upper 50s.

Warmer late week/this weekend: Temperatures will return to seasonable to above seasonal Friday (temperatures will rise into the 70s with lows in the 50s and 60s) as the surface high begins to shift to the south and east.

Saturday and Sunday, daytime highs in the 70s to possibly lower 80s can be expected, with temperatures only dropping into the 60s overnight.

Rain returns Sunday/Monday: The next cold front will move through Sunday into Monday. Rain chances will increase ahead of it. It is too early to speculate on any severe weather potential.
