Thanks for the article.It is good that Orleans Parish School Board approved a nearly $2 billion facilities spending blueprint for New Orleans schools.I am sure NOLA will get new schools – but the process is strange – This one-up-manship by Supt. Vallas and the gang of four’s disregard for NOLA, is a style of leadership not seen since the “carpetbagging” times of the 1800’s.
