Hurricane Katrina 6 years later: Recovery of 9th Ward slow-going

      (NEW ORLEANS) The lower 9th Ward in the Crescent City has yet to rebuild completely after the neighborhood was devastated by floods in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina on August 29, 2005, and residents are frustrated.
